Hi
I'm having trouble getting Genesis to connect to BTInternet's SurfTime 0844
number. I've not had any luck using either the wizard or the prefs program.
Every time I try I keep getting a 'PAP Authentication Failure' message. I've
had a little more luck with Miami, although this on occassions also brings up
an 'authentication failure' message. Is there anyone out there who's had a
similar problem, but now solved it, or someone who's got Genesis to connect
without any problems, who can help me out.
