Dear Sir, Do you think tandem repeats include simple repeats (micro-satellites),low complexity repeats,satellite repeats and RNA repeats (including RNA, tRNA, rRNA, snRNA, scRNA, srpRNA)? Is that right ? And why? Thank you very much!
