Hi,
I've been trying to download UCSC human known gene sequences (5'UTR + CDS +
3'UTR) using table browser. But everytime I tried to download, the download
stops without completion and when I open the downloaded file I get the
following error in the file :
"Couldn't connect to database hg18 on mysqlrr as hguser."
"Can't connect to MySQL server on 'mysqlrr' (99)".
Is there any other way to download those sequences??
