Hi All, I want to download some alignment for certain human region, (i.e., chr6:16,236,905-16,236,907). I can get 3bp alignments from the browser if I input chr6:16,236,905-16,236,907on the browser. However, if I input chr6:16,236,905-16,236,907on the table, and use phastConsElements44way to get sequences, I cannot get anything. Can someone give some suggestions?
