Hi Kristen, Are you by any chance looking at the Human May 2004 assembly (hg17)? The OMIM Genes track is only available on the Human Mar. 2006 assembly (hg18).

There were two other individuals also learning at the same time. In the Genome Browser, the OMIM option under "Phenotype and Disease Associations" is just missing. The only option that I have under this heading is "RGD QTL". I was the only one who seemed to have this problem, and the person giving the tutorial could not figure out why mine was missing this, nor could she figure out how to fix it... It is not that the section needs to be expanded - when it is fully expanded, again the only option is "RGD QTL". > Any ideas? > Thanks > Kristen > > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
