Update:

We are not exactly clear on what your analysis path is, but using the BAC Ends 
track would provide you with a direct link to the exact BAC(s) associated with 
the genomic region being viewed. To do this, open the track, click on a BAC 
name, then on the details page click on the BAC name again,
