Hi Zoila, In order to get the gene description and gene ID through the Table Browser, choose xenoRefGene as your table and "selected fields from primary and related tables" as the output format. Click "get output".
Select the fields from the xenoRefGene you would like in your output. Go to the Linked Tables section, select "gbCdnaInfo", and click "All Selection From Checked Tables." Go back down to the Linked Tables section, choose the "description" table, and the "refLink" table and click "Allow Selection From Checked Tables." Now, select the "name" field from rn4.description and the "locusLinkId" field from rn4.refLink. Click "get output." Your results should contain the fields you selected from xenoRefGene as well as the GeneID and gene description.
