Dear Sirs,
I have attempted to download data from the table browser page and have not
been able to get all the fields I need. I am working in the Rat genome and am
trying to acquire the refseq, organism, GeneSymbol, GeneID, gene description,
chromosome,strand txStart, txEnd, exonStart, exonEnd, number of exons, cdsStart
and cdsEnd for all the non Rat genes. I have been able to acquire all of the
information except for the Gene description(or gene title) and the GeneID. I
have been able to download xenoRefGene and info from some of its linking tables
but have not been able to get the last two fields that I need. Can you give me
any guidance in this area. I believe the problem is that I'm need data outside
the rn4 database that I'm working in but that is just my guess.
