Hi UCSC users,
I have downloaded WigToBigWig from the directory of binary utilities:
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/
and would like to run the command line WigToBigWig input.wig.gz chrom.sizes
myBigWig.bw
I would be most grateful if you would advice me how can I make this binary file
to be executable in Unix. I tried
chmod and then run the above code but there is an error "segmentation fault".
