Can you please tell me why I can no longer find SNPs in the new genome sequence freeze Feb 09 assembly (hg19) ? For example paste rs1859212 <http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/SNP/snp_ref.cgi?type=rs&rs=rs1859212> into the position/search box and the error message 'can't locate' comes up although that SNP is definitely present and I can do this type of search successfully in all the previous freezes.
