Hi Xianjun, I generated the liftOver file from danRer5 (July 2007, zv7) to danRer6 (Dec. 2008, zv8), and it is available from our test browser with the usual caveats that our QA team may not have checked it yet:
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer5/liftOver/danRer5ToDanRer6.over.chain.gz http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver However, I don't see the liftOver file from zv8 to zv7 (Dec. 2008 -> July 2007) on our test server, and zv8 is not yet available on our main server. Can you tell me where you saw the option for liftOver from zv8 to zv7?
