I would like to have the current Ensembl annotation on rn4 (Ensembl 56; Sept. 15, 2009). It appears that the rn4 ensGene table was last updated July 14 2009. Could it be updated or is this something that is scheduled to happen?
More generally, are annotation tables such as ensGene that rely on specific versions of other databases or annotations, themselves versioned? Thanks a ton!
