To Whom It May Concern,

We are working on a manuscript incorporating some of the data
obtained from your browser. Specifically, we are examining the UCSC
Genome Browser On A. thaliana Jan. 2004 Assembly at UCLA. We are
looking at the data for the mCIP maps. I know that this sounds
stupid, but we need to know what the terms buTMap and brTMap stand
for. We believe that they refer to different ways of analyzing the
methylation data but are unsure. If you could please let us know
what these terms stand for, we would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks so much for your help.
