Hello Scott,

Although the UCLA group used our software to create their instance of the 
genome 
browser, they are responsible for all of the A. thaliana data.  We do not host 
plant genomes on our browser.  I would recommend you contact the folks who have 
added that assembly and the associated tracks.  You might find contact
