Hi Hiram, We upgrade mirror genome browser v218 to encounter error when browse any assembly:
Error(s): jsIncludeFile: symlink failed: errno: 13 (Permission denied); the directory '/var/www/html/js' must be writeable by user 'apache'; alternatively, the installation process must create the versioned files For '/var/www/html', latest one ia downloaded by rsync, and do not change permision for this directory. By the way, my v209 works well before upgrade.
