Hi,

How can I know where the centromere, telomere, euchromatin, heterochromatin
regions' coordinates in UCSC? Especially for mouse.

Note: I've tried the method that UCSC experts recommended as follows, but
it doesn't work, by which I can not find telomere region's coordinates, and
I found the region in the list, marked as centromere is from position 1 to
position 3000, which I don't think it is true because the centromere region
should be in the middle of a chromosome, not in the beginning of a
chromosome!!!

Thanks
Sophia
