I am curious if the phyloP44 conservation scores reported here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg18/phyloP44way/
for vertebrate, primates and placental mammals are 0- or 1-based?
They are in compressed, fixed-width wig-format, which leads me to believe they
are 1-based, but I am not certain.
If anyone knows for sure, I would appreciate any confirmation or disagreement.
