Hi, Quick question: how would I go about making a conservation profile track (i.e., a track with mountains and peaks showing conservation between two closely related species) for viewing in the genome browser? In other words, what kind of format should the track be in, and if I am running a local version of the browser, how do I configure my configuration file to display the track permanently?
