Hmm, yes, it definitely looks like something went wrong with this  
file.  Here's what bigWigInfo says on it:

The basesCovered: 0 certainly doesn't go with the large primary data  
size.    Could you gzip up the original bedGraph file and put it on  
your web site and send us the URL?  This'll help a lot with the  
debugging.
