Hello, I am having trouble even accessing your server. The Custom track submission form times out. Using a browser pointed at just: http://new-cartman.jax.org/Yueming/ give the following error
Safari can’t open the page. Safari can’t open the page “http://new-cartman.jax.org/Yueming/” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding. Maybe double check that the web server is up and running? Once you think it is up, create the smallest bam file that still has this same problem and send me a link again. The track line formatting looks fine, so this is either a server problem or a file size problem (too large) or possibly a format problem (but we can't check that until the other two are resolved).
