Hello,

For custom tracks, the browser only knows about the data that you 
include in the custom track submission. There is no option to include a 
"per-data point" html description page - only a global track html 
description page.

For full functionality with track "per-data point" description, you 
would need to create a mirror and a regular track (not a custom track).

If you are interested building a mirror, you can simply download the 
browser source and use the README documents included. If you need more 
help once started, please write back and we can provide pointers to 
specific documents that summarize/clarify the process you are having 
trouble with.
