Hello Je, In case we misunderstood your question, there is some more information to can share.
If you are only interested in having the values display in the browser, the general idea would be to put all of them into the name column of the GTF format (column 9). http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat.html#format4 Some example names for your example: TEST000001_novel_ref=A_allele=A/C_sup1=73_sup2=27 or even TEST000001_novel_A_A/C_73_27 If you wanted to switch to BED format, the name is column 4. http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQformat.html#format1 For either case, quoting the name value is recommended as well as setting the display to full.
