The error message seems to be correct. 33008363 + 2732 + 159 = 33011254 = 33039022 ? no
It seems that your chromEnd-chromStart indicates a region that spans more than 30,000 bases. However your coordinates do not go higher than 2732. The custom track loader is trying to be helpful by catching unintended errors.
