[Genome] floating exception when using liftOver

[Naomi and David Swidler]

i ran liftOver (no arguments) to get the usage instructions. when i ran the
32 bit version on a 32 bit machine, i got a floating exception. the same
thing happened when running the 64 bit version on a 64 bit machine. just to
be sure, i ran the 64 bit version on the 32 bit machine and got an exec
format error. any suggestions? thanks.
