Hi,
I think I have a relatively simple question. I am a relatively new user
of the browser with my ChIP-seq data. I have been able to zoom into the
sequence to see the bases, but I was wondering if there is an easy way to
copy/paste a long sequence read? I want to use the sequence to BLAST to
design primers. Does that make sense? Thanks for your help!

Andy
