This document was confusing to me. I thought it is "-bed12" normally
only use first three fields. I now realize that it actually mean
without '-bed12" it only use the first three fields. I'm not sure who
the maintainer of this command is, would you please help make the
document clearer.
-bed12 expect bed12 and count based on blocks
normally only first three fields are used.
