Recently we have collected the data on RNA editing in humans from the
available literature, mapped them onto the reference genome and combined it
into a single resource. At present the data correspond to approximately
42,000 coordinates. The database has been published in Bioinformatics
journal http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20547637 and is available at
http://darned.ucc.ie
We believe that it will be beneficial for the scientific community if the
custom tracks for RNA editing will become accessible through UCSC Genome
Browser as well. Could you please let me know what is the procedure for
submitting tracks to UCSC browser,
Best regards,
