Hello, I am working with the snp database snp131.txt which I got from hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu ftp.
I found an line in the file which I believe have missing value in it. 1151 chr4 74282005 74282006 rs75946332 0 + C C C/T genomic single unknown 0 0 exact 1 and with tabulation (^I) on a symbol it looks like: 1151^Ichr4^I74282005^I74282006^Irs75946332^I0^I+^IC^IC^IC/T^Igenomic^Isingle^Iunknown^I0^I0^I^Iexact^I1$ ^I0^I^Iexact looks like is missing an entry.
