Hello Egor, Thank you for pointing this problem out. It appears that something went wrong with this SNP when we were getting the information from the dbSNP file into the snp131 table. This is the only SNP in SNP 131 where this particular problem is present.
We will look into what happened, but it will likely be several weeks before we can get to it.
