Dear Colleagues
We have been known that the ITM1 gene has around 18 exons (PubMed
and Ensembl Genome). However, after our search by exon regions in this
gene, it appears the FASTA format with 78 sequences in upper case,
which should be exons (see attached).
We don?t know how to take the mean this FASTA format sequence.
Please, how can I understand this information?
Our main search is looking for promoter and exon sequences.
