I am a student in cuhk currently working on a bioinformatic project.When
i was using the genome browser to display my snp information,I found it
inconvenient for me to display all of the information clearly.As the user menu
cited ,we can display the different base by arranging a different color to base
but can the genome browser add a letter next to the display line? Since it may
be difficult to distinguish between colors when insertion and deletion are also
included in display.Moreover ,Is it possible to indicated the protein sequence
of the gene corresponding to the snp in the display screen.Looking for your
