Hello Pong, Using the "pack" display option will include the name label for the SNP next to the SNP. If this is your own custom track, the name label can be adjusted by you to be more informative (perhaps as a compound name).
For gene display, a good track to open is the UCSC Genes track. See this track's display options for color coding and other visualization labels. Others in the Gene and Gene Prediction track group would also be appropriate. Please feel free to contact the mailing list support team again if you would like more assistance.
