Hi Jochen, The files you are interested in are related to the tables of the UCSC Genes track, and unfortunately, there isn't a UCSC Genes track for zebrafish. These tracks are extremely complex to create and would not be something that you would be able to create on your own. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please don't hesitate to contact the mailing list if you have further questions.

Sadly some analyses only work with the "knownGene", "knownToRefSeq" and "kgXref" files. These files are present in the annotations e.g. for human, mouse etc, but not for zebrafish on UCSC. So how to get these files? As far as I read these are auto generated. If I install the software can I produce them myself? Thanks in advice, Jochen Ref: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/danRer6/database/ _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
