Hello Shamima, If you want to view the genomic alignment, learn about the transcript structure, and determine what sequences also align to this region (and the clones they are derived from), then search in the Genome Browser with the term "LMO2". Several alignment options may result, filtering these for the exact variant of interest will likely be necessary.
If you are looking for biological clones, UCSC is not a clone service. You can however use the Genome browser to find information about sources to contact (the data authors). Click on aligned sequences to find the external links such as the GenBank report. Hopefully this helps. Please feel free to contact the UCSC help mailing list again, Best, Jen UCSC Genome Browser Support On 8/14/10 7:38 AM, shamima Yeasmin wrote: > How can I find human LMO2 trascript variant 1 clones. > > Shamima Yeasmin, MD, PhD, > University of Michigan, > USA > > ********************************************************** > Electronic Mail is not secure, may not be read every day, and should not be > used for urgent or sensitive issues > > > _______________________________________________ > Genome maillist - [email protected] > https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
