Hi Shamima, I would like to add to my colleague's comments -- there is one track in particular that should be useful to you: "MGC Genes" in the "Genes and Gene Prediction Tracks" group.
As noted on the description page for MGC Genes, the goal of the Mammalian Gene Collection is to provide researchers with unrestricted access to sequence-validated full-length protein-coding cDNA clones for human, mouse, and rat genes. Click on items in the track to get to links for ordering MGC clones. -- Brooke Rhead UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group On 08/16/10 13:15, Jennifer Jackson wrote: > Hello Shamima, > > If you want to view the genomic alignment, learn about the transcript > structure, and determine what sequences also align to this region (and > the clones they are derived from), then search in the Genome Browser > with the term "LMO2".
