I've been trying to upload custom tracks in the Oct. 2003 (SGD/sacCer1) assembly, but I am recieving the following message: Error line 214351 of custom track: chromEnd larger than chrom chr10 size (745447 > 745446) This seems to indicate that my track is too "long", but I've uploaded it before, and it worked fine then. Has there been changes in the annotation of the 2003 assembly? Is there a solution other than deleting the extra data from my track file?
