Dear staff, I'm interested to use the liftOver tool locally on Linux platform. I have two types of questions: 1. How should I interpret the over.chain liftOver conversion files (hg17ToHg18.over.chain.gz)? Is there any readme describing the content? 2. How should I execute the file liftOver.linux.i386?
