I am looking to use blat on my hg18 fasta sequences. As part of setting up my own blat server, I am looking for a location to download the fasta files for more recent hg18 build that ways I can use the faToNib program to convert these fasta files to Nib. I would appreciate if you can point me to a place to download hg18 DNA and protein fasta's.
