Hello Matt Weirauch,
Based on the description of "HMR Conserved Transcription Factor Binding
Sites", each transcription factor binding site (TF-BS) on human chromosome must
have a corresponding TF-BS on Mouse chromosome and a corresponding TF-BS on Rat
chromosome. If this is true, I was wondering if UCSC can provide the data for
Mouse and Rat like Human for download.
I also saw your reply to one user's question about Matrix mapping to
Transcription Factor and description of the transcription factor. Could you let
me know how you got these information or if you can also provide the mapping
infomation especially the description of the transcription factors?
