Dear Mr/Mrs

I'm trying to use Genome Browser (GB) in order to search for a specific DNA
sequence in certain genes. As GB has an extended case/color options that helps
to color UCSC genes, Human mRNAs, SNP etc, I was wondering whether it's
possible to color new searchable terms defined by the user.
For example if I want to check whether AGATACGATCAGCATC sequence is present
somewhere in chr1:151072054-151384976 , it'll be much easier for me to see that
sequence if it's somehow colored. So I was wondering if it's possible to input
the sequence AGATACGATCAGCATC, define the color and see that sequence (or it's
multiple occurrences) colored in the output. Thanks in advance!
