Mariam,

It appears that the sequence you defined does not exist in
the interval you name.  To find the occurrences, go to the
interval and turn on the Short Match track.  Click the
little mini-button to the left of the track in the image
and on the configuration page, type or copy your sequence
into the box.  You will see that the sequence does not
appear in the reference sequence in your interval.
