Regarding the miRNA sequences for the Pictar track - are these sequences available for download, or alternatively, to which rfam version do they relate? Also, I was wondering, as some miRNA names and sequences change across rfam versions, when this track is updated is the prediction algorithm re-applied to these miRNAs or are the same targets used only updating the miRNA names? (this is important because using the original targets and only updating the miRNA names might create false predictions as these targets would have been predicted for the original miRNA sequence and may not match the new updated sequence as well...).
