Hello, My name is Elaine Freund and I am the Integrative Cancer Research Workspace Lead in NCI's caBIG initiative. I have a few questions and have encountered a bug.
Questions: * Would it be possible for someone to come speak to the workspace about the Cancer Genome Workbench and the kinds of information that can be accessed and tools available to the researchers. Workspace meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 2 - 4 pm ET. If you would kindly point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. * While I was clicking around in CGWB, I noticed that the Genome Browser User's Guide was last updated over 4 years ago. Is this correct? Also the human assembly you are using is dated from Mar 2006, but NCBI had a release as recently as May 2008. Are there update plans?
