Dear colleague,

When I look at the ends of the chromosomes in the genome browser, I
do see the telomeric sequences in some cases and I see letters NNNNN
in some other.
1)How reliable is the information about the sequences at the ends of
chromosomes?
2)In the files with the chromosome sequences at NCBI (Watson and
Venter), telomeric sequences are missing. What is the source of
telomeric sequences, in the cases when they are explicitly present,
in your website?

Thank you.
