Dear Professor:

Thanks for your reply of e-mail. I actually had specific
question about article. In figure 1, I didn’t know what each cell line is.
I assigned it by supplement 1, but I could not sure what it is. I also not
understand the two sentences of context that how to fit the figure 1. The
two sentences are “We found that 40% of TxFrags are present in only one
sample, whereas only 2% are present in all samples. Although exon-containing
TxFrags are more likely (74%) to be expressed in more than one sample, 45%
of unannotated TxFrags are also expressed in multiple samples”. I don’t
know that 40% ,2%, 74% and 45% is mean what from this figure. Could you help
me to confirm this data? By the way, I send you accessory of figure 1; would
you like to help me to correct or confirm this assigning name of each cell
line.

I also had some questions about figure 4 of this article. In
figure 4, I don’t know each percentage of pie, and I also don’t know that
what are observations. Could you help me to understand that “one technology
and one observation” of this pie is what (which one technology and which
one observation); “one technology and two observations” of this pie are
what; two technologies are what; multiple observations are what.

I appreciate you again. I want to introduce the website to my
teacher and classmate by my seminar. So, I must know detail. Thanks a
billion.

Your truly

                            Student Chor-Chen Chen
