Dear UCSC

We are trying to use Solexa ChIP-Seq on cellular and viral genomes.
We have been successful in using the UCSC Genome Browser for mapping
back our sequences to the human and yeast genomes. However, we have
not been successful in using the Browser for viral genomes.

We are also very interested in the Epstein-Barr Virus Genome (Human
Herpesvirus 4: LOCUS AJ507799 171823 bp
DNA circular VRL 15-MAY-2008
DEFINITION Human herpesvirus 4 complete wild type genome.
ACCESSION AJ507799

Is it possible for us or for the UCSC Genomics Group to make this
genome available on the Genome Browser, similar to other organisms.

Please let me know if I this is possible to do from our end, or if it
can be set up at the UCSC Home site.

Thank you for any help or information you can provide on this
problem. Please feel free to contact me if you need any
clarification or additional support from our end.

Sincerely

Paul Lieberman
