Hello Professor Jeffery,

One reason that the gene lists might be different is that we use a 
different method for annotating the genome than NCBI. Whereas NCBI uses 
their own pipeline, we use BLAT which could produce different results.

The DQ identifiers (i.e. DQ186650) are genbank accession numbers.
