Dear UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group, I have a question about using custom track. I'd like to plot bar graph with different color like BED file. Isn't there anyway to plot bar graph with different color using BEDGRAPH or Wiggle format. I'd greatly appreciate you if you answer this question.
