Dear Genome Browser, For some of your alignments, I am interested in the cutoffs you used to perform the alignment and if you have thresholds for determining what is 'alignable'.
Do you have references available for the alignments that give this information? I was able to find a reference for the 27-vertebrate alignment, but how about the the 14 insect alignment?
