[Genome] genomic coordinates, 3'UTR query

Hello,

 

I have two different queries. I hope it is ok to put queries in the same
email.

 

1.      Is there any flat file other than RefFlat and RefGene for human which
gives me the genomic location (chromosome, Transcription start and end) of
each known gene and maybe ESTs (optional). I find the coverage of RefFlat not
that good hence I am looking for an alternative.
2.      Is there any fasta sequence file available for 3'UTR sequences for
the whole genome (human)?
